Not working to register
The date of expiration of my passport is set to 2031 but the app keeps telling me it’s expired. CHE format.

Missing flight history and no Apple wallet card
The app is updated compared with many international competitors. It’s also not clear to me why the Marco Polo Membership card is not available for Apple Wallet! And it’s just not possible to see historical flight statement. Otherwise Cathay is great ..
Nicht zu Ende gedacht
Absolut unnütze App - bereits gebuchte Flüge können nicht übernommen werden, nur direkt in der App gebuchte. Halbfertig
Adding your Booking
I have a Booking incl. number, but why is it not possible to add the booking into the app? You can only see your booking online on their page, but not in the app.
Why blocked in Switzerland?
The current version is locked for Switzerland. Why?
Mobile checking only limited
Despite the fact that one can do the mobile checking using the app in Switzerland, it was simply not possible because the system asks for emergency contact information and from the pull down menu only few countries were available... and none of of Switzerland. So I had to do it in a old fashion way by using the desktop version of the website... tell me dear Software Developer: what is the purpose of having an app and the ability to check in with the app but the entire experience is disturbed by the mistake of the programmer not including enough countries in the pull down menu? just because of this tiny lack of choices the entire check in couldn’t completed... I know that CX is struggling financially, but steps like this will just simply move me away from a so called “premium” carrier and next time I just simply opt for a cheaper provider...
