I love to fly with cathay but the app is a desaster and keeps crashing since weeks. i’ve tried everything from deleting all the data to updating to reinstalling but no improvements. also no updates available. really don’t know what else i should do and why there’s no improvement for this app!
Check in by app not possible!!
The date of expiration of my passport is set to 2031 but the app keeps telling me it’s expired. CHE format.

1. Blank screen with empty rectangle. 2. Switzerland still blocked
The app is updated compared with many international competitors. It’s also not clear to me why the Marco Polo Membership card is not available for Apple Wallet! And it’s just not possible to see historical flight statement. Otherwise Cathay is great ..
Absolut unnütze App - bereits gebuchte Flüge können nicht übernommen werden, nur direkt in der App gebuchte. Halbfertig
I have a Booking incl. number, but why is it not possible to add the booking into the app? You can only see your booking online on their page, but not in the app.
The current version is locked for Switzerland. Why?
