The CX app is user friendly and very useful

This airline has an excellent service. I came from the phillippines and Mr. Dave helped me alot as the ground services. He is friendly and treated passengers like their family. Efficient in doing his job! Kuddos to mr dave .

Best Airlines in the world

One of my favorite airlines Cathay Airways, budget friendly and lots of exciting suprised might come when u used Cathay Airways in all ur travel acitivity. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very helpfull cathay application easy to use love it

Nightmare

worst cathay!!!! my 1st and would be the last... what a nightmare travelling with you guys!! you guys dont even care on your travellers.. you just want money!! i missed my flight in hk airport because 1 staff guided me in wrong gate.. after i missed my flight no one even tried to help me. even on staff of cathay. they just told me booked new ticket pay 2,500hk dollar. after i told them i dont have any single centavo they ignored me. i stay there 3:30pm until 7:30am. i just had to inform my family in philippines to booked me new ticket. i short i solve my problem on my own. even i missed my flight i still pay for it . so supposed to be you guys especially cathay staff should help your costumer not leave them behind after paying... money making cathay!!!!!!!!!!!! super nightmare.. i will tell everyone what happened and tell them not to travell with you guys!!!!!!!
