黑钻用户反馈平台问题
点餐后东西送错，商家让客户找骑手，骑手送错后不在乎让找商家退款，客户退款后商家拒绝退款，平台让等待办理，等待一天餐不能吃，结果客户自己承担。希望平台了解后解决骑手送错餐后的这一问题。到底是商家对接骑手还是平台对接骑手，都不应该客户对接骑手受气后还得承担损失。
