1. Manage your money easily and swiftly.
We present a menu designed for you to find what you want at a glance and perform your usual operations swiftly. Checking your balance and transactions, sending transfers, extending card limits, applying for a loan, acquiring products… These are just some examples of everything you can do! In detail:
· Accounts. Check your balance and transactions; send transfers to accounts or cards; manage your bills, taxes and social security or open a new account.
· Bizum. Send and receive money to and from your contacts, check your latest transactions, pay in physical or online shops... All from this app!
· Cards. Check your transactions and settlements; extend the limits and customise your payment options. You can also send cash to ATMs; transfer balance to your account; top up your mobile and configure the use and blocks.
· Deposits. Open a new deposit and manage your renewal options.
· Securities. You can register purchase/sale orders and open securities accounts.
· Funds. Check the list of transactions; subscribe to a fund and register a new contract.
· Pension and welfare plans. Review your movements; make a regular or extraordinary contribution and take out a new plan.
· Financing. Here you can activate your Expansión Line and pre-approved loans. You can also pay off your mortgage in advance.
· Insurance. See the details and manage your contracts.

Scammers !
I was blindsided . I opened the account here and I was forced to either get a health insurance 55€ or pay quarterly fee. To top that they charged me extra fee, ‘commission’ as they call it to transfer my own money into my account!
The customer care agreed to refund but it hasn’t happened, reached out to the branch manager and she send a holiday email response !
Decided to close the account, which I can but the insurance is another story.
The health insurance, btw, is a non-stop loop of options and wait times or no answer - which means you can’t really use it. Cancelling is equally challenging- actually more!
I deeply regret it. Lost money that I don’t know how to get back.
FYI- I am not a Spanish resident . Wanted the account as I travel there often.
Money Stolen
We had over €500 stolen from our account through an ATM but never had our debit cards stolen. One of our shared logins stopped working several days before the theft and the bank could not tell us why. We were clearly hacked and someone was able to use an ATM without our debit cards.
Sabadell was completely unhelpful. They took weeks to respond to us and kept sending us between different departments.
After several months they said there was nothing they could do and that we should go to the police to retrieve the security camera footage from the atms. By that time there was nothing the police would do.
The app has no option for multi-factor authentication and we were given no notice that there was a problem with the account, even though we had been notifying them something had been wrong.
I recommend staying away from this bank altogether, but if you have to use them, don’t use the app if you can avoid it.

Antique app
Getting better but still lagging the industry. Compare to ABN AMRO, this is an antique offering of Sabadell. Not possible to sign multiple transactions at once. Many bugs. Retrieving account certificates for example. Why can’t sabadell get it right?
Gives me someone else's name on login
It gives me a random woman's name sometimes when I log in. It's very disconcerting considering we're dealing with financial information so obviously some wires are crossed somewhere. If I log out and log in again it fixes it but then comes back later to the same woman's name.
As bad as you would expect from banco sabadell
it is now not possible to enter a signature code via the app. The code sent by the app is transposed to a different set of numbers on the website. I have been trying for 10 hours to make an international transfer.
Calling service I am told that there is no one able to speak English now. To call tomorrow which is in my time the middle of the night. Nor since the account has been blocked due to probably 20 attempts to make a simple international transfer, I need to speak to security. Security will not be there until tomorrow which in my time is the middle of the night.
This is probably the fifth time in his many years that I have not been able to access my money on banco sabadel, not been able to make a transfer and banco sabadel, and not not be able to talk to anyone Who knows anything either about the app or the system in general.
Excellent 10 star App
This app is straightforward, loaded with features and easy to use. I recently had a few unauthorized purchases made on my card. Sabadell quickly notified me and reversed the charges after asking me several security questions. I value security and helpful customer service. Sabadell does not disappoint. I wouldn’t change a thing.
Difficult
I can’t search for a keyword or name. I have other bank apps that works much much better. But more importantly, I pay huge fees for this bank to use my money. I’m tired of the dress and will take my money out immediately!
Evolving all the time
Using this app since 10 years and love it , it’s one of the best banking apps out there . And I use many :)
