Digital Signature Triggered Failed

Signing documents with the app from the main Caixa bank app does not launch the application to sign documents. It seems to lack implementation of timely updates required to keep the pace of Apple security updates. This experience comes from an iPhone 15 Pro user on the latest public beta. Closing and opening the app does not fix the app. Log out and in does not solve it.

Not Reliable

Far too many inconsistencies for a necessity to have reliable access to one’s accounts and transactions.

So bad

Really confusing, never works and I am always stymied by this stupid app. I hate CaixaBank. The only reason I am with them is because my bank got eaten up by them. Plus, they are taking €35 every couple of months out of my account for doing absolutely nothing. I am definitely going to change banks.

La Caixa is terrible

This bank is horrible and will steal your money any way they can. Avoid at all costs!

Horrible

This is the worst process I’ve ever seen. The app never excepts my password after I use it once to verify. After that I have to change it the next time and that is a lengthy process. If you take to long, the app times out( while you are active in the app) and you have to start from scratch. I wish I could change banks. I hate CaixaBank

Password entry is cumbersome

There should be an option to use touch ID or face ID.

Not friendly for international customers

Agree with all precautions to avoid fraud, but if you make the most minor mistake. It is a nightmare to re-established connection
