Horribly designed app (why do you have to do everything yourselves - you couldn’t just use a good map or payment api?!?!), unlocking the bike doesn’t always unlock it - there’s no where to claim a refund!! Just pitiful !! Embarrassing

Glitchy, super basic app. Bikes don’t work. Customer service is poor. What’s not to hate?

Israel: a country that knows how to break into your phone but can't design a bike-share app that works. I tried to sign up and got an email with instructions for using the service but no registration code. I tried again. Nada. I tried again. Nada. What a waste of time and public money.
