昨天买了五包烟丝叫达达跑腿送过来，路途近就没勾选收货验证码，结果就被这个叫徐铁的达达骑士坑了，他先伪装成另一个人戴口罩进去把我的货物拿掉(这一举动他是想把责任赖给发货老板，让我以为是老板给错人，结果百密一疏，人家店那天就只有我一个是发这个跑腿单子的)，然后他穿着制服再进去要货物，结果老板说不是已经给掉了上一个吗？于是他便有了理由私自悄悄地取消订单，而且闷声什么也不跟我说，等发货老板打电话给我确认货物情况的时候，我才发现他早就把订单取消了。最气人的是我点击投诉，居然几天了达达什么反应都没有给我，而且完全没有人工服务，只有一个机器人在重复回复，几百块钱的货我也不想折腾了，但万一想想要是什么贵重的文件或是货物呢，所以只能来这个评论区算是跟大众投诉了，这种跑腿公司以后谁敢用。
