Unable to log in
Download app however unable to register/sign up using iPhone 12 Pro Max . Please advice . Really wasting time .. uninstall and reinstall , turn off device still not working .

Very poor app by Philips
Worst app. must use Wi-Fi then only can access the app. Can’t add share users Very disappointed
Working fine so far
Can pair the app to the lock easily. Everything seems to be working fine so far. Have not used the one time password function yet though. Will update with review after I’ve used it.
Need to register again
Apps working perfectly for 5 months but after update on 27 Sept 2021, I can't login using email, error account not registered. Reregister using email failed. Need to register using phone number but everything need to redo again, add lock, assign name and all logs gone.
Worst update
After iOS 15 update! The pass asked to reset password. After reset it still can’t log in.
Not able to pair to my lock!
Pls fix the issue of not able to pair to the door lock.
