Cannot connect BT to set up PIN and fingerprint

First day I used the app. I can set up my PIN and fingerprint. After that I try to add new for my family but the app cannot connect to the device then I cannot set up via the app. Please help.

Decent App buggy at best

It is very hard to connect, often disconnects and not much features in app.

通知低電量並換完電池後，手機app完全沒辦法更新電量狀態，也無法連上網路

藍牙連結不上，既然沒能力解決就自行下架app

真的爛到不行的app，app完全接不上，到底是在幹嘛，爛程式
