Not working since last update just keeps saying loading.

Not working properly can’t replay on app use to be perfect

With the latest update in January 2024 you are forced to watch an advert for games instead of being able to watch your cameras. This is a major security risk by delaying you by up to 30 seconds from viewing your system.

Every time it updates I need to go back in and change the settings and turn advertisements off What does it not remember this Makes it a nightmare when I need to view in a hurry and an ad appears It’s been like this for years It feels like the updates are just to turn ads back on Fix it Other than that it is an amazing app and service Also devs responded to me Amazing :-) thank you

The app is not bad, but the ads on start screen are annoying and confusing.

It was working great then stopped working on my phone which was the whole reason of getting it so I could check on my home when I’m not there I don’t know how to fix it

Since the last update the preview has gone what seems wide angle and just distorted the image! With the size of the image on the app it’s hard to see who is at the front door, kind of defeats the purpose of having the camera in the first place. Fix it please. Also, having updates in English would be helpful. I would have given the app 3 stars but deducted one for the above reason.

I record in landscape mode on my iphone and i get the video in 4:3 mode distorted...; sent fix requests but no reply.

After the update 2.9.5 does not work on iOS 11

Tragic it started to work on 3G after months on WiFi then you update and we loose everything...💩💩💩💩💩💩🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈
