App Auto-closes without opening
Since the latest update the app doesn’t even open
App failure
Keeps on telling me I am entering incorrect serial number even though I made sure it is right
Failure to setup the app
I have been trying to set up the phone in order to view the camera but I’m failing. I used the serial number option but it keeps showing me INVALID SERIAL NUMBER message and I’m very sure that it’s entered correctly
Failed password
Good day Unable to login,app gives a failed login message. I have reset my password word 4times already but keep getting kick out n not being able to log back in.
Can’t access on second apple iPhone
We have the app working on one iPhone and when we want to set it up on the second iPhone using the same username and password it says that there is a login failure. This is a problem as we need to be able to use it on more than one mobile device.
Advert pop ups
The app was great until advert were introduced recently. I did not find a way to switch them off. Not all of us like pop ups.
Problem
Been Months now still struggling to log in all settings are correct can’t even get my settings log in . Really time to do a decent update and fix all problems

The app worked resumed proper function 1 November 20. Then stopped working altogether by 18 November 20. Is this because app is Chinese and IPhone American. Maybe one should stay away from one of these. Nobody can give answers or care to respond. Very frustrating.

Actually from last week I can view all my camera on mobile data
