Wasted money
I am completely upset with this app. I was able to consistently schedule posts until some idiot decided to require the use of an “app” keyboard. I paid for a year subscription and with this new requirement, I can no longer add text to my posts which make’s Apphi completely USELESS and a complete waste of my money!
Accoount not working
I didn’t use the app for one week and it said my account was inactive or deleted. There is no way to reactivate my account and when I made a new account, it kept giving me error codes.
Confusing and not worth the price
Things are not lining up with this app….will update later
No Dark Mode…
it’s good, but it doesn’t have a Dark Mode at all… something that should come with all apps like this. It’s really great, but this is a dealbreaker for me.
Horrible customer service
This company makes it so hard to cancel. After I canceled I got charged again and then I was told their “policy” doesn’t give refunds. I reached out the same day I was charged and they are still responding to my email 2 days later telling me they don’t give refunds. So now im stuck with a
