One thing that I would like to see is - a better tag system where it recognises tag names. Instead I have to reference them from instagram which - isn’t streamline at all. I’m sure it had that feature before when I used it a couple years back. Hopefully something like this is added because other platforms and apps for scheduling have this feature.
One of the BEST apps I have on my phone. In the world of Instagram, this is totally vital to have in order to schedule posts. Also must mention, in app support is excellent. Cannot recommend this app enough. 👍👍👍👍👍
Great app. I use it to schedule the majority of my social media posts. It’s easy to schedule posts, never buggy and very cost effective. I’ll continue to use this app for years to come.
All the reviews are from when it was free, now you have to pay and it’s a ridiculous amount of money, not worth it
Not happy that carousels or stories can’t be auto posted anymore. Just can’t get the full use of the app to help my lifestyle...
Joke of a company. Bought it in lockdown for the year and didn’t work for 3 months. I try contacting them everyday and go no reply for 3 extra months. In this time The app was still not working! I hope they get done for stealing peoples money. £55 refund out of £300. What a joke. And still won’t reply to my messages
I paid for their premium service, set up a month of posts in advance, then totally without warning, or indeed any message after the fact, their service became unusable. Their website turned into a Google Form entitled “Under maintenance”...and that was it. No response to the form, no response to emails, not even an email to explain what had happened. Two months later they email me saying “oh sorry about that we’re back, fancy sticking with us?”. What do you think? It’s totally unacceptable, and actually unforgivable, to leave your customers hanging high and dry. I feel conned. I’ve moved to Later, where The feature may be fewer but at least I feel assured there are human beings behind it.
It hasn’t been working eve since and no replies from support team. Very disappointed as I have bought an annual subscription
This app has not been working for nearly 2 weeks and yet keeps attempting to take out money. It seems that the issues with Apphi is tjT is breaches Facebooks T&C’s and now they’re taking whatever money they can and leave. They are NOT responding to multiple emails or request for help. Certainly DO NOT pay fo year.
2 weeks the app hasn’t been working for. Unable to log into Facebook or Instagram and saw that someone else is having the same issue. Been trying to get hold of someone but it is impossible. 2 weeks! I have payed for a yearly subscription a month ago and it can’t even do what it’s suppose to. There desktop app isn’t working either! Look for a better scheduling app!
