New feature

I’d like to see a “total calorie tally window” In other words a persons daily calories plus calories burnt from walking or other activities. So for example around 3500 calories burnt for the day. For a male. Other than that it’s good for the most part.

Doesn’t work

Sure it counts steps/calories. But when I’ve doubled or even tripled my goals it doesn’t give me the rewards that I’m supposed to get.

Need fast forward rewind options

I am writing this as I wait for the workout I was doing to catch up to where it glitched and I had to exit because I cannot skip forward to where I was. I was offered 3 months Apple fitness + so decided to give it a try. I normally do peloton workouts but wanted to see if this was better especially since it connects directly to my Apple Watch. I did a workout earlier in the week and walked away mid workout to fill my water bottle and came back expecting to skip backwards 30 seconds to where I was but found there are no skip buttons at all. I was annoyed but blew it off and just started mid-set. Today I clicked pause about 10 mins into the workout to change my weights/fix my hair. I clicked play and the screen was still paused and glitched a bit then said there was an error and could not continue. Sure this can be annoying but a random glitch isn’t specific to Apple Fitness+ and I just exited and opened the workout again hoping to start again where I was. Instead the workout started from the beginning and there are no skip buttons so I am now watching the instructors do the moves I already did while I type this. Also my Apple Watch is recording a workout now as I sit here NOT working out because the two are linked. Somebody from Apple, PLS Fitness+ needs skip buttons. Sticking to a workout for the full 30 mins every single day of a program is unrealistic. Otherwise workouts are good. Breaks could be longer but the minimal breaks do make the workout harder which can be good. The instructors are a little lame and fake-happy. I like seeing my rings on the screen but not when it’s not accurate because I’m replaying half the workout :)

Issue

Vicky 111111 on

I have been a dedicated user of Fitness+ and used to connect my iPhone to the TV using an Apple adapter and HDMI cord to watch workout videos on a larger screen. This setup allowed me to fully engage in my workouts and make the most of the Fitness+ experience. However, it stopped working. As a key part of my fitness routine, being able to connect my iPhone to the TV is essential. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue so I can continue using Fitness+ in the most practical and impactful way. Thank you for understanding and supporting a loyal user.

Great app overall but there are a few bugs.

Every time I set a new move record, it just doesn’t get registered. My move record is stuck at 270 calories. I did 300+ calories many times after that 270 calories record and I did 324 calories today but my move record is not being updated.

Bug avec l’anneau Bouger

Synchroniser les calories brûlées avec l’exercice: ne fonctionne pas. Bruler 500 calories en 1h de jogging mais anneau Bouger indique 400 calories brûlées dans la journée au complet…??

Thought I would be able to see the same info on iPad that I do on my phone….

C’mon Apple. The whole appeal of your products when you first came out was that your the apps you enjoyed followed you across devices as long as you had an Apple ID. Those of us who have forked out the significant cash investment to have a watch, phone, iPad etc. should be rewarded for that commitment and loyalty with apps that are compatible across all devices! Stop this nonsense at once!

WHERE IS MY DECEMBER BADGE.

AmVeryAnonymousReviewer on

Canada

I had an 11-month streak of beating all my monthly challenges. For December, I had to finish my goal 25 times. I did. I FINISHED MY MOVE GOAL EXACTLY 25 TIMES IN DECEMBER. NOBB NO BADGE. I HELD THAT STREAK FOR ELEVEN WHOLE MONTHS AND IT WAS RUINED, EVEN THOUGH I’M SUPPOSED TO HAVE THE TWELFTH. If you give my December badge to me, I’ll increase the rating to four stars!

Poor performance overall

Rickytikki12345 on

Review of app and Apple Watch. Doesn’t auto-recognize activity like Fitbit so poor calorie tracking unless you record an activity every time you go outside. Glitchy too, I just completed an indoor bike ride and it didn’t even start tracking until six minutes in after I told it that yes I was working out. Would expect better from apple.
