App poco chiara e poco affidabile
Prenoto una corsa e, successivamente, decido di annullarla (entro i termini previsti dalle loro condizioni, ossia 30min prima della partenza programmata). Da app, a seguito dell’annullamento, non risulta nessuna cronologia di prenotazione (è come se non l’avessi mai richiesta). Nonostante ciò, effettuano una pre autorizzazione di 76€ che, anziché essere rimborsati, figurano sul mio conto come pre autorizzazione di 0€. Ho contattato l’assistenza per capire cosa possa essere successo, ma le recensioni precedenti confermano la poca chiarezza e affidabilità dell’app. Esperienza davvero negativa e da non ripetere!

Il tassametro segnava 12,50 euro ma ci ha chiesto 24,50, nemmeno il resto di 50 centesimi…. Il tutto da colle bereto a via fiume ovvero 5 minuti di macchina.

Pessima applicazione ho impiegato 30 minuti per attivarla e poi mi dice che non copre la zona fatta all’andata

Applicazione ben strutturata e comodissima…se al centralino capita di stare in attesa anche per 10 minuti con l’ applicazione questo problema è risolto immediatamente e nel giro di qualche minuto in vostro taxi sarà da voi Grazie del servizio e complimenti
