I am not getting the UPI option for payment

Money has deducted but ticket didn't get booked.

I have tried booking the ticket. Money has been deducted but the page doesn't redirect., as a result ticket is not booked. Money is not being refunded too. Worst to the core. Book through redBus or any other website. It's pathetic how govt is maintaining this thing.

The payment gateway of world-line is not responding while doing payments.

Cancellation is not working

Iam trying from 2 days, unable to cancel the ticket, tried multiple times, finally i logged-in into website and able to cancel from there. Pls fix this issue team.

Booking fails via phonepe or netbanking

Booking fails via phonepe or netbanking, they wont refund full amount they keep service charge or some fees 9 rupees. Is that a customer mistake for transactions failure these are successful transactions i am talking about but apsrtc says booking failed
