This is the most irritating and worst app among all the govt apps and the interface is the wrong thing.

Blank white page that's it.. Nothing working

APSRTC can’t afford skilful developer and designers?

There is no for this app from 2 years do the updste and fix the buges lots of issues are there no exact timings no exact live tracking

Waste app

I am using Iphone 13. The layout of letters it’s like a zig zag. And layout of seats it will show very weard. Seems this app is developed by some LKG guy.

A very classic example of how government apps suck. I wonder what kind of idiots developed this app!!! This is what happens when the corrupted officers give the software development contracts to the unqualified companies. Should feel shame.

App and staff not working properly always Money will deduct via phone pay without confirm ticket.. No such information given by staff how can refund our money back Some of APSRTC staff not giving water bottles also even in long distance journey in Garuda services

Don’t try to book tickets online and from app, I tried to book tickets from web and also from app both the times amount got deducted but ticket not booked. Immediately I wrote mail to support and and even escalated to MD level but not recieved refund from APSRTC. No one from APSRTC IS care for customers just they need AMOUNT. No customer care.

App is slow. Don't work at all. Two times money haa deducted.
