Arbor Parent App

The most unintuitive, user unfriendly, elongated and laborious app I’ve ever used. If it wasn’t for having to use it for school I’d delete it and stop using it. Can’t believe the school invested in this platform. It’s useless

What a truly awful app, hopefully the Great Learners Trust will bin it off quickly and find a better app. They claim to have switched to it to improve communication, but as we all know, rubbish in, rubbish out.

The password change option just doesn’t work, I tried with multiple accounts at different schools with the same result.

I will never understand why our sons school decided to change from Edulink to Arbor! Arbor is just terrible, nothing works, i can never book parents evening time slots. Its just a waste of storage on my phone.

This is terrible. The fact that they are charging schools for this is a joke. Very poorly designed and very frustrating. Miles behind other apps.

The worst user interface of any app I have ever used. Impossibly clunky to navigate and unbelievable that it’s still being utilised by schools for crucial student activity

By what crooked means have these people got such a strangle-hold on UK schools with such a useless app? I despise it with every sinew of my body. The people who created it should not be allowed to reproduce

Awful app the layout is confusing and students cant access the app.

parental pay was way better this app is totally rubbish ! I cannot believe the school decided to change something that was working great into something that is so annoying to use and just terrible !

This app sets terrible quality expectations for our children and discredits our fine educational institutions by being associated with them. I notice no reviews have been responded to (at least recently), as if we needed more evidence that users do not at all feature in this company’s list of concerns. Parents: please encourage your schools to choose quality products (so, not this one)!
