En iPhone esta versión va peor. No permite la transición en las cámaras
crashing
Last update 14/09/21 not working on the ipad series 2 . Crashing all the time
PTZ使えない
バージョンアップした際に画面から消えてました。設定にはスピードを変更する項目はあるものの、画面に表示されません。不具合対応お願いしたいです。
カメラを動かせない！
いきなりカメラを動かせなくなった。 アプリの改善早期解決してほしい。
余計な画面が増えた
バージョンアップしたら起動時にワンクッション余計な画面が出るようになりアクセスするのに時間がかかるようになった。チャイナアプリでは良くあることでバージョンアップするたびにクラウド広告が毎回入るようになったり、かえって遅くなるショボいサーバーに持ってかれる事があるが、そういう事するから評判悪くなるんだよ。

ptz操作が出来なくなった なぜ？？設定？？

の表示が消えてカメラを動かせなくなった
太陽に当たっているのに
充電が遅い、全然たまらなくてアラームなる 購入3ヶ月目にしてアラーム録画観れず。 更新、アプデなど、再起動まで試したが観れない事が多くなってきた。
サポート体制と機能
きちんとサポートして欲しい。何度か問い合わせたがほったらかされている。録画の音声が聞こえなくなった。どういたらいいでしょうか。
