Please contact your ARCOS administrator for information on when to download and start using this app instead of the previous version.
ARCOS Mobile Plus is changing the way utilities enable their employees to respond, restore and report during both daily operations and unplanned events. Use ARCOS Mobile Plus to respond to callouts, view your schedule, view rosters and receive notification. If your administrator has set you up in the ARCOS system, you simply need to log in to get started.
Some helpful tips:
Your session duration, timed outs and password expirations are controlled by your utility’s security policies and not by ARCOS. We are committed to ensuring the security protocols of the industry are enforced.
To ensure you’re using the latest version of ARCOS Mobile Plus, select auto update in the settings menu of your mobile device.
Contact your administrator at the utility you work for if you are experiencing issues and/or to receive your login credentials.

The Worst
Simply the worst. It’s almost as if there is an award for being the worst, and they are trying their best to get it.
Needs constant updating
The app seems to require updating every other time I open it to try and accept a call out. By the time I update the app (if I have enough service to do that), and sign back into the app, it’s often too late to accept the call out and I miss it.
Can’t even login
When I try to login it says “You do not have privileges for that action. My login credentials are correct. Started happening after I had to update.
Don’t let your business use this
Prolly the worst work app ever. Freezes up and shuts down constantly. Always get kicked out and have to log in again. Literally every time I open it the forgets me and I have to reenter all my information. Straight garbage.
Update after update….
With no noticeable changes. And it logs you off which is great as you’re getting a call out and trying to use the app to answer

Garbage App
Probably could be a good app if they spent some time addressing the 130 complaints on here. Constantly logged off. Can’t log in with a pin. UI is horrible. You made the app, why give up on it?
Trash
Have to update the app pretty much every time you use it. What you able to do on the app is also very limited. Might as well save a ton of money and have your management team call people out instead.
