This an exceptional spa. The SDS is amazing and the lack of chlorine feel is perfect

We’ve had our Arctic Spa for a week now and loving it. The installation was excellent with Arctic Spa handling all the details of booking the crane for installation and the removal of our old spa. Sam was excellent at getting it up and running and explaining how everything worked. Very happy we went with the Salt Water option. Shawn.

Aside from some minor reconnects app is lovely! Wish there was an option to see power consumption, maybe there is and it’s just me lol. Love arctic spa and love the crew at arctic spa oakbluff MB!

This app does a great job of monitoring our tub. It’s great that it connects in real time so I can monitor my tub from anywhere.

We have numerous problems trying to connect our spa boy to the internet. Had to pay a technician over $300 to come up this fall to connect it. Other than that the tub itself is great

We love our tub, however The spa boy App does not work It disconnects from the wifi shortly after re registering it. It’s a pricey addition to pay and we are in the heart of the city and less than 12 feet from the house and modem. Had Arctic spa here on 4/5 occasions within the first few years. Called tech who were fantastic but couldn’t understand why it kept disconnecting . Much troubleshooting and then gave up … and also feel as though Arctic spa gave up on us as well. So we go through many test strips to make sure our balance is consistent and perfect.

Would appreciate to have a better visibility on auto clean cycle currently running on first page and more easily suspend them or temporary boost the frequency for specific time . Ex 6h 24h 48h 72 h 7 days then go back to normal . Overall Artic spa seems to va a robust product

Cette application est une très bonne idée mais elle nécessiterait un update. Elle ne reconnaît pas mes changements de filtre et ne me donne pas l’opportunité de l’indiquer manuellement. Le dernier upadate a entraîné des problèmes d’affichages (les boutons ne s’allumait plus dans l’application pour dire qu’une fonction était active). J’ai cherché un guide qui présente l’application et les problèmes courants sans résultat même en anglais.

Could we have an exact number for the ph and chlorine? It would be nice to get that instead of the five circles. I know you can get it on the web page, but why not make that an option in the app?

So my tub was delivered last week. So far from the moment I entered the store to look around, right up to today. I am super happy with everything Arctic Spa has done. They treated us amazing in the store and made sure we understood everything about our purchase. The delivery was great. They were super easy to talk to, they helped us with the decision making on what way to place the tub. They were clean and very professional. Now today I had a small issue and thought ok this will be the test. I went on Arctic Spa website to read about my issue and a window opened up asking if I needed help. I closed it twice thinking I didn’t want to waste time with an automated assistant. There was a live person on the other end. She walked me through the problem then sent me an email with the entire conversation.!! Now I have the issue being taken care of all within a matter of an hour!!! WOW not only are they kind and helpful when you are making the purchase, they have amazing after care. Thank you Arctic Spa Debbie
