Nice cuppa anyone?
It is interesting to see how far I walk just doing general chores. I would like provision for adding when I drink tea or milk and not just coffee and water . I agree with this comment. Yea is a common beverage in Australia and England. Cheryl.
Covers the basics
Good for tracking excercise, sleep & coffee, water intake. I mainly use it for tracking my cycling and time spent in gym classes. I'm not interested in sharing so the prompts to do so get a bit annoying as do the ads. But I'm not interested doing more sharing via Premium. So grateful for the free app.
Heart rate monitor broken
Since I upgraded my iPhone to a 3 lens model the heart rate monitor does not work. Time to look for a new app!

I have just been discharged after major heart surgery and was recommended this app which I find extremely useful
Another reason to not leave the house without our phones.
Uncounted steps bring on a sense of loss and an unmonitored night’s sleep is mourned as a missed opportunity to understand how we actually did sleep and in what pattern it happened. My partner and I can see one another’s step counts in real time and she and a few of her friends pretend to compete - just for fun. Yeah sure ;0). If this app is even half as good at monitoring bio-feedback as it seems to be, it may not change your life but it’s certain to make some interesting changes to it.
