- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase

Scammed out of $600

I downloaded this app for a $1 trial and after seeing what the app was about I realised it wasn’t what I was after so I cancelled on the same day. I was then charged $120 so I contacted their customer service who have said I mustn’t of cancelled because “there’s no way the charge would be processed”. I checked my getfit account and it said I had no active subscriptions so I have no clue how it wasn’t cancelled... I was frustrated but thought ‘oh well, I’ll just try and cancel again and accept the loss’... NOPE I then got charged for ANOTHER renewal!?? I have now been charged several times (over $600!!!!!) for an app that I DON’T EVEN HAVE ACCESS TO!? I have cancelled again today with hopes that I don’t lose any more money. If you’re going to scam people out of money, at least give them a product/app access in return.

Billed me after attempted cancellation -refused refund

Very poor customer service I would like a refund as I do not use the app and was still billed despite attempting to cancel previously. Do not buy this app

DO NOT PURCHASE

This is a total scam!! They don’t go through apple it’s a credit card charge so when I thought I had cancelled my subscription they charged me $121 to my credit card without any notice!! Absolutely ridiculous without any permission. When asked for refund I have no reply just a load of automated emails and there is no other way of contacting anyone. This is ridiculous. I repeat DO NOT GET THIS APP!

My name is Yeny I saw this app and once I used it,I didn't like it, I couldn't handle it and I didn't understand it. Then I left as it as many of the apps I use, three days ago my surprise was that they made me an automatic charge of 120 AUD, which is too exaggerated for an app. I been Try to communicate with them, I have sent them emails and no one has responded. I am feeling completely scammed with this company. 120 aud it’s a lot of money for something that I never used.

Free Trial....not so much

Like some many other reviewers, I had the same issue with the free trial. I was charged for a full month with only having 2 days trial (also make sure you don’t use your apple login in to manage your subscription settings....this app requires you to unsubscribe through the app....apple subscription won’t cut it. I contacted Customer service to request a refund and nothing has been resolved.

SCAM!!! Don’t purchase

If I could rate this app less than a 1 star, I would. I ended my subscription prior to the end of the trial yet they’ve proceeded to charge me $113 aud. After raising this with their customer service and providing proof of cancelation, constant excuses blaming me were raised. Don’t bother with this app! They will take your money unethically.

Scam!!! do not download

Hello everyone, I downloaded this app, and it was not working on my smart phone. After a week of downloading I decided it wasn’t going to benefit me and I canceled my subscription while it was stil on the free trail period ... never opened the app or used it for anything.. I did get notifications to start using it but I never used it...After the one month trial, I was automatically charged 74.56€. But that’s only for 2 months. So when I received an email invoice of my payment. I immediately send an email say that there has been a mistake. I Nicely and apologetically asked for a refund, as it was not working on my phone. HOWEVER I was really shocked at how they have handled this situation. They refused to refund me my money. And are sending me automated emails that doesn’t help at all.. but avoiding to solve my problem. So do not download it. If you have a problem with the application...THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU!! It’s so disappointing!
