## AroFlo Reviews in Australia

### *---- "Awful UX"
Such a frustrating app to use especially in the field. The UX is inefficient and poor, for example there are often 3 to 4 taps to get to an active form that you’re using. When you click forms it defaults to the spec forms; why!? So dumb. For some reason the app has to reset itself several times a day, so during an active task you’re forced to navigate back to that task from the schedule screen. Ooof.

### ***** "The best and getting even better"
I declare this App awesome. Anyone who whinges about it should go try make an app themselves or even make something themselves. Whinge whinge whinge . Anyway this app is awesome invention and will continue to lead all aspects of which it was designed 👌👍✅
-- Gemini dude, 2026-09-05

### *---- "DONT DO IT!!"
So many issues. Do not do it
-- BGS747, 2026-08-28

### *---- "Worst app ever! Garbage"
This is the most garbage app I’ve ever used. The amount of time it takes to try and upload photos is ridiculous. Writing notes on this app is the most frustrating thing I’ve ever had to do. It continuously freezes it doesn’t save things randomly. I know plenty of other guys who won’t even work for companies that use this. I’m contemplating looking for another job just so I don’t have to use this piece of garbage.

### ***-- "Good app but crashes"
On iPhone app crashes and gets stuck in a loading screen every time you try to open it from the quick switch, have to manually close app and re open, not a huge problem but gets very annoying when you have to go into the app 20 times a day
-- Nick_name199, 2025-09-10

### ***-- "Has potential"
A lot of good ideas that just simply miss the mark. Been using Aroflo for the past 12yrs and can honestly say it has not improved on the hand held side of things, if anything it’s gotten worse. Have submitted with IT at Aroflo on things that just don’t work and suggested how to make things flow more smoothly yet to no avail.

### *---- "Absolute Awful 2 factor login issues"
The app has been running seamlessly, until a recent mandatory request for 2 factor login, now on all devices I'm having login issues, why do you test these 'upgrades' before launch so the end user is not the Guinea pig! Wasting time and costing money
-- MickMay, 2025-03-26

### *---- "Update on previous review"
Well what can say. You replied to my critiques of the app with a smart Alex comeback of “well other people liked it so”. 1 year on and zero updates with features to bring it up the usability of the field web browser. Why anyone would use the app only to have less features Is beyond me. Don’t download stick with the web browser you’ll have more functionality. I’ll check back in in another year hopefully to say it’s changed. I won’t hold my breath.

### **--- "Very slow and not very user-friendly app"
Do better!!
-- Jeffbit, 2025-02-18

### **--- "App isn’t an improvement."
Not user friendly with the GUI. Seems to be no different between the app and the website? I often don’t have internet on site, why can’t I use this app offline and have it upload the information later? Why do I have to click 5 different buttons every time I have to input material? The older version was better. Takes me longer now?? Has anyone at AroFlo used this app in the field ? This app/website seems to be designed by people who sit behind the desk. lol
