Great app. Curious as to how often they update the info.

Outdated, Missing, and Erroneous

I’ve had this app for years. It has become almost useless. At least 50% of the listings in my area are closed stores, some torn down years ago. This app has become quite vexing.

No Shopping Category?

Just wondering why you don’t have a Shopping category on your app? It would make sense, no?

Old news

Do you guys ever update the restaurants and bars on this app? Still listed are places that have been out of business for years! We never know if what you have listed is a true listing or a business that isn’t there anymore! I wish we could find a better app!

Movies and movie theaters no longer showing up!

I’ve used the AroundMe app for a few years now and have always loved it. But the last couple of weeks when I go to check the Movie Theaters, or Movies, (which is still in the list of options) it says the server is not responding and will not give me any information on either of those two choices. Since it’s gone on for sometime, I have to figure that for some reason they are no longer providing this information. It would’ve been nice if they would’ve given a heads up through the app!

This app stopped showing movie theaters and movie times. I paid $2.99 for ad free thinking movies would be listed. No! This app is a rip off!

This is now pointless around me, so outdated information

First seven restaurants they recommended were all out of business. It's completely pointless. I deleted it. They have no pride in checking their information there's no updating. Closed after closed after closed business, coffee shop, restaurant. Like to close for three or four years closed...

Why?

I’ve been using Around Me for a long time and now all of a sudden it stopped working.

Missing lots of places

Missing many things nearby causing me to go to undesirable places because the better places like markets and gas stations that are close but not listed. I assume only the retailers that pay get listed. Says Tops market 9 miles away when there was one less than half mile away. Missing lots of restaurants and gas stations and does not even lists department stores or major retailers.

Looks like this is obsolete

Tons of wrong information. Is this not being supported any longer?
