Tickets disappeared
I bought 3 days pass. It was my first time so I pressed “activate” at 2 am and app said that I have only 1 hour to use it. So second ticket I activated in morning and it says that I have 17 hours to use it. How app decided how many hours I have- a question… So after two days of Arriva strike, I finally was able to use my last ticket. But when I opened app it said that I have 0 tickets! But my pass valid till 9 of September! (Today is 7) And there are no bus history or report button. I even can’t proof that I didn’t use this tickets…It’s seems that I spend £18 for one day ticket and must pay more today, because after strike prices are growing… So I spent more than £35 for three days. Feels like Arriva just steal my money
