Didn’t work at the bus
Very bad app, I purchased two tickets to be activated when we got into the bus, but the machine inside the bus didn’t recognize it. We had to buy another two tickets!

Unnecessary complex app
I purchased tickets on the website with mobile ticket delivery, which was worded in a manner that the ticket would be added to apple wallet. This was not the case, I needed to download this application just so I could have access to a QR code of a ticket. I don’t understand why the application is needed for just a QR code.
Questionable app
I tried setting-up a new log-in with my email and I received an error message saying an account already exists. Cool. When I click forget password and put in the same email I received a message that the email doesn’t belong to a user. Which is it!???

This app used to be really good, since its been updated the real-time bus tracking no longer works. I’m hoping it just a glitch and is soon rectified otherwise I won’t find any use for it and will have to delete it.
