Does not work
I registered via Facebook in the past. Now that feature is disabled and i can’t register with my number and email. Can’t figure out how to get on. Forget my password doesn’t work while i can’t use my current number with a new email.

This app is terrible
Clunky, doesn’t work half the time
Doesn’t work
I’ve tried using this app on and off for a few years, to see if the developers have made an update that actually allows me to pair with a cab I’m in and it’s still as useful as a chocolate teapot. Sort it out Arro!
First Use
Tried the app and its location was off. Texted cab driver and called . Almost missed our event. Had to catch another cab when I realized on the app I had completed the cab ride. Still got charged almost 30 dollars for a frustrating 1/2 hour. Its terrible.
Give up if your phone # changed!
This app is pretty terrible. At some point years ago my phone number changed. Now, I've been unable to even receive the link to reset my password via email, but even when I did it wants to verify again through my old number. Customer service never responded to my emails. Just don't bother with this app.
Worst app ever
Have been unable to reset my password for 10 years, no customer support. Thank God most cabs in NYC use the Curb app

Arro is by far the worst of the nyc cab apps - unintuitive and the app works poorly
Charge for no service
They require your credit card to sign up. Pickup location based on GPS and not editable. Driver doesn’t arrive, but app says otherwise and your credit card is charged regardless. You are much better off hailing a cab.
Seriously?
Just used it for the first time. Pickup was supposed to be under a minute. After waiting over 5 minutes and watching the cab icon meander aimlessly, I canceled. Got hit with a $3 cancellation. Thanks for nothing.
