I have been totally positively surprised: I wanted to delete the trial version, because there is really nothing to try out. Fortunately, I watched a YouTube video about it and I bought the full insurance on good luck. It gives me joy and relaxation just to try out painting with the most diverse brushes - so no finished work of art to create but just play creatively. I personally like procreate very much and I also love to create "works of art" with it. The approach is different with Art Studio, but created with great attention to detail -thanks to the programmers. What I would still like to see (maybe it already exists - I just don't know yet?): 1)a undo of the last paint step with a finger gesture (e.g. 2 finger tap). 2)show the name of the currently used paint tool. 3) when creating video of the painting steps - a simple stop to be able to save an intermediate painting status as an export. However, still now already 5 stars from me!!!
Sizes
I really love this app, although I only use the free version. The only thing really bothering me is the inability to change the sizes of the brushes and it gets annoying really fast not being able to erase something. I can understand that one won’t be able to adjust the brush you’re using further but I don’t see the reason why you can’t chance the size- it doesn’t really motivates you to buy the „pro“ version, rather it makes you want to delete the app, to be honest. Tho that’s the whole app so I really can’t complain all that much, very good app, satisfying to use and understand!

i downloaded the app mainly just for fun, expecting some crappie app with tons of ads, but to my suprise it’s actually not that bad. credit where credit is due: the brushes are amazing. the thing that really bugs me though, is the fact that it seems like all the effort and money was just spent on the brushes. its really sad since im convinced that with things like layers or a smudge tool added, it would be a great app but in its current state i cant really give more than 2 stars :\
best painting app i have ever used
photoshop, art rage, corel painter, procreate... they dony hold a candle to this underrated app. true hidden gem for those interested in emulating natural media. hoping for a desktop version...
