Rubbish update to app hard to use compared to old app
Love shopping on line as it’s a lot easier for me as I can get it delivered & with me having slot off health problems they deliver & bring it in which I find is very kind off them I’m not happy with 1 guy,he asked me at Xmas was I giving him a tip, then when he came Tuesday just gone, He started off with Your my favourite customer today I said why He said as I know you’ll tip me £10 not £5 like last time, wow I was gob smacked no driver for any company should have you feeling on edge in your own home & ask for money! He gets paid for working & if someone wants tip they will he shouldn’t be asking,if it carries on I’ll find else where too shop thank you
Lately it has been full with error messages especially the one that says 'cannot amend at this time'. This is really frustrating when you are trying to amend a day before your shopping. Items showing as available but the next day you are offered loads of useless substitutes which means I still have to go out and buy them elsewhere. Not to forget lately there have been short date items especially poultry.
Today this app continued to crash on me and then loose half of my basket. Not very good
The app doesn’t always show the products even though they sell them in store. Also saying out of stock & I’ve actually been to the store before my delivery time at 10am, when saying product isn’t available & it is. Annoyingly for my last two orders I’ve had to get a refund, which has been processed wrong, buy two products for £8, which are £4.40 each, so £4 send one back as damaged & get a refund for £3.85, it doesn’t make sense at all. Starting to think of Tesco.
I am finding your updated system more difficult to navigate
