It’s blank. They don’t even offer the ability on their website you can only do it through the app and it doesn’t work.. Worked fine a month or two ago when I last tried. Shambles. Gona have to switch companies.

Worst app for a mobile network

Don’t get this app at all. Can’t log in and when try to it redirects to a webpage login and says it don’t recognise my email,number or password . Only way to log in is on the website when I go on the safari app . Dot this plz Asda.

Very poor app, it’s difficult, tedious and often impossible to even log in. Suggest Asda should take a leaf out of Tesco’s book when it comes to user-friendly app experience.

Super Glitchy. Doesn’t recognise my credentials when I try to login nor would it accept my card when I tried to register. I constantly have to use the online website which is also glitchy at best

Have made several attempts to ‘top up’ my pay-as-you-go phone on this app. All have failed. Will have to continue on the website. However, it is useful for being able to see how much calling credit you have left.

Using the app on the iPhone means you need to manually type your login details every time, not once but weirdly twice. The app is very slow while using 4G only to access it but this is using service provider data and the coverage is poor where I live. Viewing statements locks the app and no way to get out of it. Only way is to re-install the app. It needs some serious work to get even close to other network apps, I would see this as an alpha stage app.

Every time I want to use this app, it doesn’t recognise me and I am wasting a lot of my time trying to get it to work on my fully updated IPhone. I give up!

It’s simple and set out well but when you really need some quick data added on it doesn’t do it. I’m going to try the website as others have said it works better

Ever since I bought extra data my app now says my £5 monthly bundle requires activation but when I select that it reports an error. However when I login to the webpage all is fine, utterly useless app now so I’ll just add the a bookmark to my Home Screen; duh!
