Looks lovely but it won’t load my photos
Won’t load my images even though the permissions have been allowed in my settings for this app.
How do I cancel my subscription?

As a designer, I like this app a lot ! I use it in so many platforms. However, I would really like it if you allow the font to change as well when writing in Arabic, cause it doesn’t change at all in Arabic while other apps do allow the change, but not Ash :(

It’s an easy to use app but for the number of templates available seem very expensive!!!!!
Have paid for years subscription but doesn’t work
I have paid for 1years subscription had two templates out of it, gone to use today and now it is asking for payment again, even tho it has already been paid and gone out of my account.
Unable to cancel subscription
Hi I realise this is a paying app and I have tried to cancel my subscription through iTunes but I don’t have a subscription button please advise me and others what to do Thanks
Misleading info & hard to cancel
I didn’t realise it was a premium (not free) app. I tried to cancel but it is not showing in my subscriptions but it is in my purchases. I imagine as there is a 7 day free trial it won’t show in my subscriptions until this is over. However, they are clear that cancellations should be made 24 hours prior to the trial ending, which is impossible through my apple account.

I love the templates and color palettes! I would love to make a premium purchase or annual subscription but it’s only allowing me to do a weekly one.
