Option keeps failing and i keep getting charged for a service i am no longer using, quite annoying i have lost over $100 dollars in this
I didn’t have a problem with the doctors. I felt like they responded in a timely manner and were somewhat helpful. The problem is their customer service. I need to cancel my membership and the provided email does not work. I sent in two requests for someone to contact me and have not heard anything. Currently paying for something I’m not even using which is super frustrating.
I think the contents of the email I just sent to these people will explain why I don’t feel this app or the service is to be trusted with such a personal interaction: Email 1, sent using link on Contact Us page INSIDE the app: Although I started to submit my question via your website about two hours ago, I cancelled it because I was asked to pay, when I had come there with the understanding that it would be free. However, my information was apparently saved anyway, because I have already received three emails from you, including one with a username and password for me to use, although I never asked for that, and another containing the full text of my question. I downloaded your app since the email said that I could submit my question and get an answer for free that way, but am now being told there is a character limit unless I purchase the premium version. That’s enough bait and switch for me. Please delete my entire account, and all of the information associated with it, including the text of my question. Email 2, sent after correcting their email address: In addition to the issues outlined previously, the email failed to be sent, as there is a typo in your address in the mailto link on your Contact Us page! Trust is paramount in a doctor-patient relationship, and you have destroyed any trust I might have in your service or your doctors.
I paid $45 for a consultation. It allowed three follow-up questions which I have not been able to do because the app crashes every time you try to. Since I am in Europe I called the number in the UK with obviously no answer. I don’t know if this is a scam but they’re much better options.
TOLD ME THEY CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION IN OCTOBER 2019. I GOT CHARGED EVERY MONTH. ITS NOW JULY 2020. SENT SCREENSHOTS OF TRANSACTIONS. TOLD ME THEY DON'T HAVE RECORD ON THEIR END. THATS 160$ THEY HAVE TAKEN. WHEN YOU EMAIL THEM THEY DO NOT RESPOND.
Not a good app
You guys are fake it’s not free they lie to you saying it’s free on their website but it’s not
I had 1 question that I paid $25 for and it was never answered
I don’t dislike this app. But Dr. S Murugan was EXTREMELY rude and judgmental when I submitted my question. The app is fine but I would NOT recommend this doctor unless you enjoy being judged and talked down to.
