Can see the benefit if you pay £25. But for the free question, it is completely pointless. Don't waste your time.

This was the most pointless app. I asked a question and was concerned I'd given too much detail. I had a response asking for more detail. It was quite clearly a computer reading it not a human let alone a doctor. I then re tried with a different email with a simple question. The answer I had sass straight from google. It obviously just takes key words and puts them into a search engine and gives you that answer. No humans or doctors. I then tried to email the supposed contact email to complain and the email address isn't in use. A total con and waste of money

I used the ask the doctor website. Doctor wasn't friendly and advice was general stuff I knew already. I tried calling and emailing for a refund (paid 35 pounds but there seems no one to answer so I wonder how genuine it is?

Fast response from the doctor and some sound advice. Handy and reassuring app to have.

Asked about pain around the heart area and shivers with pins and needles. I got told I was too 'old' for heart disease. Even though 3 weeks ago my Nan passed away from heart disease at 76. Typo? Did he mean too young? I don't know but silly error

Better off going to a real doctor

Answers questions quickly including follow up ones. Reassures and tells you of all possibilities

After weeks of waiting they told me I got to be other 18 to have a answer of a doctor Waste of time !
