Cannot connect to my RT-AX1800HP router remotely though remote connection is switched on.. It only works when connected to router directly via wifi..

I hate this
ROG routers and apps are so horrible, selling them should become a crime. I hate this app. Hate their routers. They try to look cool with their brand, but they have the crappiest quality products and customer care
Not good enough
Doesn’t allow for so much that should be in basics of every network management app.
