The app doen’t respond when I try to open files

Could I get my money back? Very disappointed that the app s u c k s. Waste of time.

It used to work fine ,but now the app crashes right after I open it. Can you please fix this

明明帳號密碼正確卻一直顯示錯誤
大檔案無法同步
相機拍攝影片二分多時長的檔案，大約262mb,無法同步,會漏檔案
修改資料
明明點進去修改資料，卻一直跳有的沒的廣告啊，還有要提交email,也都提交了，完全沒看到修改資料的頁面，到底是，完全不知道在帶去哪裡，超不人性化，只是一昧的要你花錢升級。真的蠻爛的說
很多音檔放在上面，卻必須保持螢幕恆亮才能播放，
Google drive關掉螢幕可以續撥放，貴司的App卻會停止，沒有感覺到對此產品的企圖心，比較像是玩票性質.
