Slow and not practical
Very slow and very few features I subscribed in 1TB for 1 year😪 I THINK I NEED years to upload my camera rolls I hope ASUS will improve it in the next update

明明帳號密碼正確卻一直顯示錯誤
大檔案無法同步
相機拍攝影片二分多時長的檔案，大約262mb,無法同步,會漏檔案
修改資料
明明點進去修改資料，卻一直跳有的沒的廣告啊，還有要提交email,也都提交了，完全沒看到修改資料的頁面，到底是，完全不知道在帶去哪裡，超不人性化，只是一昧的要你花錢升級。真的蠻爛的說
很多音檔放在上面，卻必須保持螢幕恆亮才能播放，
Google drive關掉螢幕可以續撥放，貴司的App卻會停止，沒有感覺到對此產品的企圖心，比較像是玩票性質.
這種速度不會有人想付費升級！
上傳下載的速度比Dropbox跟iCloud速度差太多了！根本就不會有人願意付費使用你們家的雲端！再便宜都沒人要！
預覽超慢，也不會自己上傳，不好用千萬別買
預覽超慢， 不能像google 相簿很順的整個業面都有縮圖，工程師這個部份能多寫一層縮圖預覽程式嗎？而非整張圖直接讀…（我們者鄉下，4G訊號才2格，真的超卡的） 也不會自己上傳，到底是為什麼呢？搞得我要找資料，才發現沒上傳到，真哭 手動更新後，資料夾日期為何ㄧ直是建檔日期，而非更新日期？
上傳一直中斷，第一次購買，知道那麼難用就不買了

不管是照片或文件檔都無法在App上預覽，App建議的排除方式不論是點擊「鉛筆」圖示（在哪？）或其他方法，都緩不濟急，請問到底是出了什麼問題？有bug的話也快除一下好嗎？
