- For tickets and carnets all you need is a my at account. If you have not already created one on our website, you can sign up directly in the app
- For passes, you can import a profile registered on our webshop shop.at-bus.it, by inserting your date of birth and tax code

Very poorly designed app
App is very slow and has lot of bugs.
We bought a ticket using this APP and when we clicked on ‘Use’ , it became unresponsive.
Due to this we almost paid fine when the ticket inspectors came.
So pls fix the bugs and improve the performance. Also, why does it need Internet to just put the ticket In Use? May be something to think..
It would have been better if there is a tap on & tap off system on Bus which will make it very easier.. this is the least we can expect from a developed country like Italy.
