App not working after update can’t see my vehicle’s location, i have reset my vehicle but still its not working

New user with Ritza cant raise ticket
Map is stuck, cant raise ticket, not showing riding stats and more, Bluetooth is coming soon,not showing charging history, hopefully they will resolve this issue soon
It’s behaviour is very good
Excellent
Only UI is better
The older version was more user friendly and had smooth process. This new version UI is improved but everything else suck.
Dark mode
The app design is really cool but it desperately needs a dark mode. A Home Screen widget would also be great. Also an option of seeing the range in different modes, directly from the app itself.
Clean EV App
Everything works really well, accurate information and helps you understand your EV (Ather) benefits, warnings, charging points information. Thank you Ather !
Beta version has location sync problem, location not coming in 450s
Vehicle location not updating in app also when sent location to scooter,navigation not working in 450s
New version shows even less info
UI is better but Rides used to show much more information before. 1 step forward and 2 steps backwards. Wish I could revert to older version
Black Screen
Ever since the new update the app just shows a black screen. Please fix this. I’m on an iPhone 11
Just a black screen
The app updated on the morning of 27th June 2024. It is supposed to be a great visual overhaul. And since then every time I try to open the app, it shows a back screen only. I am using iPhone SE 3rd Gen with iOS 17.5.1. Please fix it. I am not able to see any information on the app. Its completely unusable.
