I bought Ritza top model .I am not able to access the application even after pro pack activation. I raise the issue on 9th December, 2024. Earlier, it was confirmed that once the vehicle regulation is done it will get resolved but still i see the same issue. I choose ather as there won’t be any issues but on ground level there are issues which can’t be resolved. Worst experience.

Seriously, you expect me to select each date individually to check for slots for a service, can’t you just show me the next available slot,

At the beginning the app was showing correct location information and performance was also fine. But after several unnecessary updation everything gone wrong. Now the app is such a waste.

Not technical staff who can not resolve my battery draining issue. After several follow up they are neither giving any update nor receiving my calls. I suggest don’t buy any electric vehicles

Full of glitches also showcasing & charging like premium but in real they have no value of time and punctuality also irresponsible & unprofessional, company co founder only showoff they are believing in quality and richness showcasing in podcast but real world must have to work on professional care

We can’t send the location from WhatsApp, manually we need to type the address

When ever I open app it always make me insulting in front of my friends .. it always crash never ever opened, always failure for opening
