Description
In 1986 the world war between the Soviet Union and the Western Bloc ended in mutual nuclear bombings. Both superpowers went down in flames. The impact of the fallout almost ended civilization as we know it. You are one of the survivors of the apocalypse.
Your mission - to explore the wild and wondrous postnuclear world of the Soviet Wasteland. To earn your place under the sun in this new age. To investigate retro style bunkers, descend into a stalker filled metro, fight terrible mutants and solve a shadowy conspiracy, aimed at destroying all that is left of life on Earth.
ATOM RPG is:
- A powerful character creation tool, aimed at making the wasteland hero you want to portray;
- A balanced offline single player roleplaying system. Each stat combination provides a unique cRPG experience, unique dialogues, and new ways to solve some quests;
- Dozens of skills, from lockpicking to gambling;
- Many hours of gameplay on all sorts of locations. Meet the other survivors in a brave new settlement, built from the remains of the old world. Venture into the wilds, where mutants and bandits lurk. Work out the secrets of an old military bunker. Or simply lose yourself, fishing at a scenic pond;

Disappointed.
Fallout is a classic. Fallout 2 so so. This game tries to emulate but in my opinion fails. No doubt there are some avid gamers out there that are getting results, but not me. Maybe my best gaming years are behind me, but it’s tedious and time consuming to get ANYWHERE! And where are the guns? All I’ve got is a shield and shovel. No I do have two guns actually, but the game is not clear either as to what ammo to buy for which gun! More money wasted! 3 stars because the idea is good but it’s not really a fun game to play! Out there…pay your money and take your chances!!!!!! Oh and you constantly die! Maybe this game should. I’ll probably delete very soon and at least have more space on my iPad. Why oh why can’t they just bring back the original Fallout!!!!!!!!'!!!!!!
Good port
Looks and plays pretty much the same as it does on PC. So far only two issues: 1: Missing or broken textures in certain random encounter caves. 2: I can’t figure out how to unload ammo from weapons.

Interesting game, super pleased to see an open world style RPG come to mobile, especially one of an apocalyptic setting (like the Fallout series). Really looking forward to seeing what comes of it as it evolves. Needs more content. Fingers crossed it keeps growing 🤞🏻 Would recommend✨
A European Fallout Experience
Atom RPG has its faults. But so does every single other of my favourite games. The combat is very old XCOM/Fallout turn based esque, but can be really satisfying when it pays off. The AI can be clunky but usually responds realistically (going behind cover etc.) and the occasional issue can pull you out of the game. However, Atom RPG has a rich lore, diverse array of characters, quests and items to interact with, a story that after 70+ hours of playing I haven’t even reached the end of! And multiple ways to play, with different companions, character builds and ways to complete missions. There’s moral choices you can change, there’s ways to complete quests that aren’t spelt out for you. And through the different character traits/skills, you can easy get 2 or more play throughs of this game (Good vs Evil + different experimental classes/builds). The devs still update and fix this game to this day and it shows in the reviews. A year ago there were many bugs and issues. But now? I didn’t have a single game breaking bug, maybe the occasional crash but I’d recommend frequent saves (every time you complete a quest or move to a new location/after a fight) regardless. In short. Atom RPG is not a perfect game. But if you’re a fan of 2.5d/isometric RPG games with a post apocalyptic twist, European takes on American humour and characters that are very well written. I’d recommend purchasing it any day of the week. I rate it 5* because, in my opinion, it’s a truly worthwhile game to get and the amount of content is truly staggering.

Cameo Appearance
Loving this game on iOS. A great Fallout style game on the mobile platform. What a surprise I got when on one of the many tasks I end up in a conversation with no other than Mr Roy Kean, hope he knows he is a legend in this game!

Searching paid off
I have no idea why it has taken me so long to find a game like this - nothing comes up in App Store searches and eventually found this through luck. It is a really intriguing game and looks like it is going to be great. My only wish would be for voice acting as I think this would bring it to another level. Well done to the independent team that have made this!
