Attentive | Limit Screen Time

Use to be good. Stopped using it for a few months and started again and realized they now just allow you to pause the blocks. Truly defeats the purpose of having a media blocker if I can just hit pause and can get into the apps you are trying to block. Glad my year I paid for is almost up. Won’t be renewing.

I really like the educational aspect and the encouragement to track triggers that make you pick up your phone, but once I’ve learned and completed a practice sometimes it won’t let me continue it. For example, I can’t add to or see the alternatives list, I can only mark it as done each day. I also cannot add to or see my triggers for personal or work list, I can only mark as complete for the day. If these things were fixed, I’d really love this app! It has reduced my screen time so much.

First app to actually improve my screen time! Attentive helped me tremendously to spend my time better. I can truly recommend it to everybody struggling with mindless scrolling!

This app makes you think and makes you want to use “intentional” practices.

It kinda sounds a bit tricky and suspect, but this app can truly help you to free yourself from the hours of endless scrolling and trained muscle memory that fills you with emptiness! The app is wonderfully designed and well thought out helping you untrain bad habits and other unwanted behaviors! Definitely would recommend this for even occasional users
