First they want rs 10000 to Give credit card whereas all banks are giving for free n then process is super complicated

Failing to send activation message
I downloaded the app to activate the credit card, but unable to set it up because app is not able to send verification message from the phone. Very frustrating.

Poorly managed bank with unprofessional and less qualified staff.
Think twice before dealing with this bank and avoid parking money in it.

Never buy credit card from
I applied for a credit card, and after that, they conducted video KYC twice due to technical errors. The next day, I received numerous calls from third-party verification agencies. I’m not sure what AU thinks about its customers. I have credit cards from other banks, but I never experienced third-party verification calls with them. Worst experience ever.
