Amazing app

Amazing application to use for banking

Not good

Your bank balance maintains charges are very high you deduct 500 rupees more than is very bad now this time update the app is not open after one week continues try i was open a rd on this account when my rd was close i will close this account on this bank your services is very bad

Bad app interface

The AU app is really very slow and lags alot. Its interface is very old and basic. I guess in this era AU bank should upgrade its game. It is always loading on the login screen after face id verification.

Is this Genuine air Fraud

First I have tried to open this account at time of video KYC I had waisted more then 3 Hours and every time there employe just disconnected at the last moment some how connected one of the employe she was really genuine and help to complete the KYC , And then now I am trying to login in this AU0101 Application it’s asking me give the permission of my contact, Microphone, Location, I can understand that bank required Location for the security, which is good I can understand that , but why they need my microphone access , why they need my contact access , it’s completely fraud they are just steel your contact data and in the back ground they can listen the conversation by using Microphone cause they ask to access , I had done biggest mistake of my life by opening the account in this bank , some how I decided to give complete permission to check this application and now it’s showing me Error there is technical issue what is that mean it’s completely fraud I would suggest you everyone before you decide to get the account in this fraud bank read the review first I had already wasted my time and energy , and still I am facing the issue to register in the application, seriously if I would know this earlier I will never choos this bank and now I am thinking to close this account

Lacks features

This app doesn’t have many basic features. I applied for IPO via UPI and didn’t receive any approval request on the app. Couldn’t apply again with different bank UPI I’d. Finally the time lapsed . Worst app for banking.

Worst experience i hv ever had tryng to login with my credit card from last 3 days. Wasting time Total Headache

Need improvement in UI

Account opening is very easy and interest rates are best. But need to focus on App UI and performance. I am using apple iPhone 11 with latest OS, when I opened the app it is taking face recognition and after that again showing login page and then again take face recognition and logging.

Lost 10k but no customer support

Tried to withdraw 10k using my ATM card, received amount withdrawn but not received money. Complaint through this app like fraud transaction but till date no response from this team. Where to get that amount it’s my hard work money. Really frustrated. Please don’t use this app they are charging more money. I recommend my friends also not to use this bank. Worst bank lost money

Very poor app

Slow, lag, out of service most of the times. Pathetic experience using the app, continuously something or the other is not working or very slowly processing. Not recommended to be used.
