Difficult to cancel unauthorised deductions
Do not sign up to this company.
Rip off
When did I subscribe to your flex pass.? I bought one book and You charged me 10$ out off the blue. No notifications telling me about this charge. It’s like they want to rip off from people as they have thier card details. Don’t buy anything from this store.
Horrible app
Too confusing. Don't use. Scam you out of extra money unnecessarily shame I can't give 0 stars .
Don’t bother, rip off when try to cancel and terrible service
I signed up to listen to a book not available on Audible due to licensing (very rare). The second month fee came out the same day I cancelled. They would not refund and said I paid in total $20 US for a book worth $30. That’s almost twice as much as Audible.
Purchase of audio book
I have just paid for an audio book. ‘Return to Valetto’ by Dominic Smith. This purchase has not appeared in my login. It’s not been sent to me ???? So for technology? And company ethics. I am disappointed and will never use this company again.
Can’t unsubscribe
I’ve been trying to unsubscribe from this subscription for months. Thought I had successfully done it, but money is still being deducted from my account. I have received no useful customer support.
Deceptive and underhand sales
Signed me up to a membership I did not select through an automatic pre-filled box and then refused to refund money take unauthorised. Do not sign up, plenty of other reputable places that don’t employ deceptive tactics.
Books are awesome, app suck
This app seem to have been created in the beginning of mobile phones times. Please redesign and make it something to be proud off not ashamed off😳
App is broken
The app doesn’t work properly, restarting books, and freezing on open so you can’t listen to any of your books. Don’t buy books from these guys until the fix the app, it’s also the only way to listen to your books on your phone.
