Missing chapters, couldn’t get them to download despite lots of attempts and tips provided by customer support. Eventually had to listen to those tracks through an MP3 player instead, which made listening an unnecessarily complicated process, having to keep switching between the two
And there is no way to cancel an ongoing subscription which I never signed up to! They dont reply either, this is borderline theft. Stay away!
Sorry to have to write on here! I’m happy to remove once sorted. I cancelled this subscription in July and only listened to 1 book on it in April, but payments are still coming out of my account. I have tried to raise it as a problem but it says I’ve no purchase to refund, but the money came out of my account! Please can someone get back to me? I can’t find any email contact other than Apple and they say nothings there.
I used the app once. Thought I'd cancelled it. A year later explained that I'd been billed £100+ for something I never used or accessed. No refund.
…The website and app allows you to purchase them but they won’t play. $18 wasted!
I have purchased a full price book but was not able to access it - tried to contact the customer support quite a few times but no response or refund. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
I like the look of this app. Early days but, first impression - brilliant!
Ok, I’m an idiot but it wasn’t clear to me that by buying 1 audio book, I was enrolling in a subscription! I just want to buy an audio book. I’m happy to pay a reasonable one-time fee. I don’t want to pay monthly fees. And this wasn’t clearly stated when I signed up. Poor.
Awful keeps losing its position unless you remember to stick a book mark in Audible is much better . Only used this app because I couldn't find the book I was looking for with audible
Amazing for UK users, titles not available from audible or only available from audible us. Price wise, also the cheapest I could find. App is simple enough to use, basic but functional.
