AURA App

Can not get it to take a measurement to save its life. Had for about 6 weeks and got 2 measurements total, attempting 2-3 times a week every week since I got it. Even bought new batteries and tried that. Does not work and is not worth the money at all.

I’ve had mine for just about a month … easy to set up and the monitoring feedback is fabulous. Tracks more than my body comp scale! Whatever you’re looking to improve, weight , building muscle, nutrition… this strap monitors all and the app works fantastic

After receiving my device and numerous attempts and product support never helping other multiple suggestions to reinstall the app I gave up on it.

Strap is great and very wearable. Getting a reading is hit or miss. Sometimes the strap works other times is just freezes. Yes, I’ve deleted and re installed the app a few times with no change.

I’m never really aware of what the body compositions are, especially for me and so I thought this would be a good purchase so that not only am I doing the right things but I can see it working in my favor! It seems that when it’s working it’s working and when it isn’t, it always after an update. This particular morning I tried taking a measurement several times and it had taken it all the way to the end but never “finished”. I am learning that exactly one week ago there was an update and now one week later it’s “not measuring”. I’m hoping there’s another”update”. But I love it. It does what other apps don’t.

I didn’t realize the device could only be returned after 14 days, so now I might as well throw it away, lesson learned. I use Wyze for my main scale. The reports on Wyze are very different from Aura, and Wyze was reviewed by the NYT Wirecutter as the most accurate home scale. So I realized I didn’t need this thing, but didn’t prioritize the return because I’m used to places having at LEAST a 30-day return policy, tech is usually 60.

I’m very familiar with my body and have used other digital devices to calculate these measurements. To have this all in one is amazing, I’m impressed with the accuracy, the advantages for keeping this data tracked so effortlessly and to have it available at the touch of my hand is something. Thank you for the invention.

Very low success rate with the device taking measurements.

Working great for my needs. Band runs very small, I had to use the XL. I thought it would be more interactive on water intake/ lack if intake. And for the price I hate you dont have full access to all features, there are in app purchases 🤦🏽‍♀️
