After login the app wants to scan a router QR code, I am guessing to get wifi credentials. However there is no work around other than a qr code, which I don’t have. You can click help which takes you to an expired zendesk link saying the developer no longer uses zendesk. If you click help in the App Store you are taken to the same dead link. Useless
App keeps crashing every time I try to start it. Please get this fixed asap as I cannot control the lights in my house. This has been such a painful investment. When we have guests we resort to having to use table lamps in the bedrooms as the system is so glitchy. At some point I’m going to have to rewire my whole house at significant cost.
I’m experiencing a problem with Alexa not recognising any of my Aurora devices today. Due to this I can only control all the devides through the app and not as per usual via Alexa voice. Has their been an upgrade if so when will this be resolved? If not please can you advise on ho I can get this going again.
Useless app. Constant freezes. No devices found hub connecting then not connecting. Wish I could get my money back.
Without doubt the worst app and connectivity product / app I have ever come across! Does not connect to individual down lighters half the time even though the hub is in the same room. App full of bugs and poorly laid out. Just truly awful! Save your self a load of hassle and buy something else!
It just doesn’t work
I can’t even perform a simple pairing of devices without back office help. If a power cut happens it’s back to square one. The app is useless and I can’t even set up a new account. I wish I’d stick with Phillips Hue. Such a better more user friendly system and much better value for less money.

Would have happily given this app and Aurora lighting products 5 start but after the information I’ve been given today, I highly recommend that you do not buy and return if possible any smart lighting your installing or installed. I’m am currently working through my house installing AOne smart lighting, in my garden are the RGB with white and in my house I’m running around 40 smart tuneable GU 10 lamps which are warm to cool white only. To finish my project indoor I require around another 50, which I informed my supplier i would be needing over the next few months. I’ve just been told that the product has been discontinued ! This now renders my smart lighting useless as I can no longer buy a spare lamp in the future should I need one. I was offered a RGB/W variant, but having tested two in the middle of my lighting circuit, you simply cannot not get a close match, basically daylight setting looks really blue when using the RGB/W I like to say also to Aurora lighting, dental surgeries and other places of a working environment do not want or need RGB unless it’s a pub club or Resturant. To discontinue this lamp is quite frankly beyond comprehension. I advise anyone who takes time to read this, spend your money on a different system. It’s a real shame as they finally got the app working great over the last month to. Avoid,avoid,avoid. !!!!! Doug.
