Austin ISD Mobile App

I’ve been trying to access my daughter’s report card all week. Error message says my profile is not associated with a student. I tried to submit a ticket, but you need student’s ID as part of the required information. There isn’t anywhere else to access the ID BUT the portal. The portal has been down for the last nine days.

It used to work fine, but no longer. Just like AISD. One star for functionality. Five stars for accurately representing the district.

Keeps me in the know. Works fine. Wish we could access a little more here as it would be convenient but it works for intended purposes.

Poor UI, doesn’t remember any info. Useless outside of AISD, genuinely an awful app

It works, it’s easy, although mildly pointless. But it checks a box from someone in a suit, so whatever.

I don’t know why I expected this app to be even halfway decent but alas AISD never ceases to amaze. It is unfortunate that we are all used to this district failing us or coming up short. This app is a pain is the butt just like all the other AISD services. I’d say look elsewhere but unfortunately this is your only real option. So...Do better AISD!
